实验步骤:通用方法:将草酰氯(1.1当量)加入到羧酸(1.0当量)在无水DCM(0.5m)中的悬浮液中。 加入几滴DMF,将所得混合物在室温下搅拌直至气体形成完成。 向溶液中加入过量的MeOH,减压蒸发溶剂。 将残余物真空干燥,产物无需进一步纯化即可使用。

实验步骤:步骤3:2,6-二氟-3-硝基苯甲酸甲酯至2,6-二氟苯甲酸甲酯(68.8g,0.4mol)的甲醇溶液。 向H 2 SO 4(300mL)中加入硝基过氧化钾(48.5g,0.48mol)三次,并将得到的反应混合物在室温下搅拌2小时。 将混合物滴入冰水(500mL)中并过滤。 将固体用水洗涤并干燥,得到所需产物(89g,100%).1 H NMR(DMSC i): 8.49-8.43(1H,m),7.56-7.51(1H,m),3.95(3H,s)。

实验步骤:步骤A:向1L烧瓶中加入2,6-二氟-3-硝基苯甲酸(17.0g,83.7mmol)和MeOH(170mL,0.5M)。 将烧瓶置于冷水浴中,并将装有2M三甲基甲硅烷基(“TMS”)重氮甲烷的己烷溶液(209mL,419mmol)的加料漏斗连接至烧瓶。 在2小时内将TMS重氮甲烷溶液缓慢加入反应烧瓶中。 需要大量过量的试剂以使反应达到完全,如通过在进一步加入试剂时N2的停止释放所确定的。 真空除去挥发物,得到2,6-二氟-3-硝基苯甲酸甲酯,为固体(18.2g,99%)。 材料直接进入步骤B.
