合成条件:at 0 - 20℃; for 48 h;
实验步骤:将4-氨基-3-羟基苯甲酸(5.0g,32.6mmol)滴加到0℃的1.25M HCl的MeOH溶液(100mL)和MeOH(100mL)溶液中。 最后加入5分钟后,将混合物温热至室温并搅拌过夜。 反应的HPLC监测显示剩余的原料,将混合物在环境温度下搅拌48小时。 然后减压除去溶剂,残余物用饱和碳酸氢盐水溶液处理,水相用AcOEt(2×)萃取。 将合并的有机萃取液用盐水洗涤,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤并浓缩至干,得到标题化合物(5.37g,97%收率),为结晶固体.LRMS(m / z):168(M + 1)+。
