合成条件:at -110 - -15℃; for 4.50 h;
实验步骤:引入116ml硫酸并在-15℃下与14.70g(95.37mmol)5-氟-2-甲基苯甲酸分批混合。 向该混合物中滴加硝酸(4.79ml发烟硝酸和21.8ml浓硫酸)的混合物,特别是在-15至-110℃下90分钟。 再搅拌3小时后,将反应混合物倒入冰水中并剧烈搅拌约半小时。 抽吸沉淀的结晶,用水洗涤中性并干燥。 产率为8.56g(45.1%)各种区域异构体和副产物的混合物。 因此该混合物用于下一阶段(酯化)并在该阶段中纯化。
