- 步骤: 将4-乙酰氨基-3-硝基苯甲醛(2.08g,10mmol)溶解在甲醇(200mL)中,加入2N HCl水溶液(50mL),在氩气流下80℃加热回流8小时;减压浓缩除去甲醇,用2N NaOH水溶液碱化,二氯甲烷萃取5次,合并有机相,无水Na₂SO₄干燥,减压浓缩得黄色固体产物。
