合成条件:With potassium carbonate In acetone for 18 h; Reflux
实验步骤:通用方法:将12g(0.11mol)儿茶酚,17.9(0.1mol)2-溴丙酸甲酯和41.4g(0.3mol)无水K 2 CO 3的混合物在200ml无水丙酮中回流18小时。 除去丙酮后,将残余物溶于二氯甲烷中,用水,5%NaOH,5%HCl和饱和NaCl溶液萃取,最后用无水Na 2 SO 4干燥。 蒸发溶剂并蒸馏残余物,得到15.4g(74%)17a。
