- 原料:(4-甲基-哌嗪-1-基)-(4-硝基-苯基)-甲酮(55121-99-8)
- 步骤:将Pd-C(150mg)加入到(4-甲基-哌嗪-1-基)-(4-硝基-苯基)-甲酮(440mg,1.7670mmol)的MeOH溶液中,在氢气氛下搅拌2小时。
- 监测:通过TLC(10%MeOH:CHCl₃)监测反应。
- 后处理:反应完成后,将混合物通过硅藻土床过滤,滤液浓缩。
- 收率:98%(得到380mg产物)

- 原料:4-氨基苯甲酸(5g,36.5mmol),1-甲基哌嗪(3.7mL,32.8mmol),EDC·HCl(10.5g,54.8mmol),三乙胺(16.0mL,114.8mmol),二氯甲烷(DCM,100mL)
- 步骤:向4-氨基苯甲酸、1-甲基哌嗪和TEA在DCM中的混合物中加入EDC·HCl,室温搅拌过夜。
- 后处理:除去溶剂,通过硅胶快速色谱法纯化(0至10% MeOH的DCM溶液洗脱),将淡黄色油状物溶于DCM并过滤,用盐水洗涤,再用Na₂CO₃溶液洗涤,有机相干燥后蒸发。
- 收率:42%(得到3g产物)
- 表征:MS C₁₂H₁₇N₃O实测值(M+H)+ 220.2
