实验步骤:将无水可力丁(100mL)加入到含有180c(10.4g,49mmol)和LiI(19.6g,3当量)的干燥烧瓶中。 将溶液在氮气下加热至150℃过夜,冷却至室温,并倒入冰冷的1M HCl溶液中。 将混合物用1:1EtOAc /己烷溶液萃取,用水洗涤,并干燥(MgSO 4)。 真空浓缩,得到8.7g(89%)182。
