合成条件:With iodine; periodic acid In methanol at 70℃; for 4 h; Inert atmosphere
实验步骤:按照Ko等人的方法,3将H5106(2.92g,12.5mmol)的甲醇(25mL)溶液搅拌10mm,然后向混合物中加入碘(6.38g,25.0mmol)。 加入1,4-二甲氧基苯8(2.70g,20.0mmol),然后将混合物在70℃加热4小时。 将混合物倒入Na55203(5.00g,31.6mmol)的水(50mL)溶液中。 过滤溶液,沉淀物用甲醇(20mL)洗涤,再溶于CH 2 Cl 2(20mL)中,通过烧结漏斗过滤,真空蒸发滤液,得到标题产物9,为白色固体(7.52g,97%))。 1 H NMR(400MHz; CDCl 3)3.82(6H,s,CH 3),7.19(2H,s,Ar)。 1H NMR数据与文献值一致
