- 步骤: 将1,3-二硝基苯(25g,149mmol)溶解在硫酸(44.5mL,835mmol)中并加入NBS(31.8g,178mmol)。将混合物在60℃下搅拌2天。将反应冷却至环境温度,将混合物倒入冰水中形成沉淀。过滤收集产物,用水和己烷洗涤,得到35.1g(142mmol,96%)1-溴-3,5-二硝基苯,为米色固体。
