实验步骤:将化合物2(100mg,0.67mmol)溶解在甲醇(6mL)中,并将Pd / C(10wt%)加入到反应容器中。 将反应混合物在室温下在H 2气氛下搅拌12小时。 将混合物通过硅藻土垫过滤,浓缩合并的滤液并通过柱色谱法纯化。 产量= 95%(85毫克); 1H-NMR(DMSO-d6,300MHz)δ12.58(1H,br,NH),7.91(1H,s,Ar),6.93(1H,d,J = 9.0Hz,Ar),6.83(1H,t, J = 9.0Hz,Ar),6.46(1H,d,J = 6.0Hz,Ar),5.30(2H,br,NH2)。
