实验步骤:向装有搅拌棒的200mL圆底烧瓶中加入[1,1'-双(二苯基膦基)二茂铁]二氯化钯(II)(0.799g,1.09mmol),4,4,4',4', 5,5,5',5'-八甲基-2,2'-双(1,3,2-二氧杂硼杂环戊烷)(6.65g,26.2mmol)和乙酸钾(4.28g,43.7mmol),为固体。用二恶烷(100mL)稀释这些固体。将烧瓶密封并泵送并用氮气吹扫。然后加入2-(4-溴苯基)乙酸甲酯(5.00g,21.8mmol)。然后将反应混合物温热至70℃的内部温度6小时。将反应混合物冷却至室温,并倒入盐水溶液中,分层。用乙酸乙酯(3×125mL)萃取水相。将合并的有机层用无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤并浓缩。通过快速柱色谱法纯化所得残余物,使用0-30%乙酸乙酯/己烷作为洗脱剂,得到标题化合物,为透明液体(4.93g,70%):1H NMR(400MHz,DMSO-d6)δ7.68-7.58( m,2H),7.35-7.23(m,2H),3.71(s,2H),3.61(s,3H),1.29(s,12H); 13C NMR(101MHz,DMSO-d6)δ171.29,137.72,134.45,128.86,83.56,82.79,51.68,40.23,24.62; EIMS m / z 276([M] +)。

实验步骤:A. 2-(4-(4,4,5,5-四甲基-1,3,2-二氧杂硼杂环戊烷-2-基)苯基)乙酸甲酯。 在密封容器中,2-(4-(4,4,5,5-四甲基-1,3,2-二氧杂硼杂环戊烷-2-基)苯基)乙酸(650mg,2.47mmol)的甲醇溶液( 用浓盐酸(几滴)处理10mL)。 将得到的反应混合物在室温下搅拌。 反应完成后,减压除去挥发物。 粗产物(650mg,100%收率)无需纯化即可用于下一步骤。 MS(ESI)m / z 277.3 [M + 1] +。
