合成条件:at 60℃; for 12 h;
实验步骤:搅拌下,向搅拌的2,3-二氟苯甲醛(XVIII)(75.0g,528mmol,1.0当量)的H 2 SO 4(565mL)溶液中,在60℃下分批加入NBS(113g,633mmol,1.2当量)。 将所得混合物在60℃下搅拌12小时。 LC / MS显示反应完成。 将反应混合物倒入冰水和石油醚(500mL)中并搅拌10mm,分离有机层并在真空下浓缩,得到cmde产物。 将残余物用柱色谱法硅胶(100%石油醚)纯化,得到5-溴-2,3-二氟苯甲醛(XIX)(120g,543.0mmol,定量收率)。 ESIMS发现C7H3BrF2O m / z 221.1(M + 1)。
