产率：78% 合成条件：Stage #1: With n-butyllithium In diethyl ether at -78℃; for 1 h; Inert atmosphere Stage #2: With iodine In diethyl ether at -78 - 25℃; for 1 h; 实验步骤：1）根据图1中的流程图制备1）将3,4-二溴噻吩（24.2g，100mmol）溶于无水乙醚，保护N2，冷却至-78，N-BuLi（66ml，105mmol， 缓慢滴加1.6M），在-78℃下反应1小时后。 0> C，I 2（26.67g，105mmol）继续搅拌1小时并温热至室温（25℃）。将反应溶液用NaHSO 3淬灭，用乙醚萃取，经Mg 2 SO 4干燥，干燥并减压蒸馏，得到 3-溴-4-碘噻吩（22.55g，78％）彩色液体2。 参考文献：
