合成条件:With hydroxylamine hydrochloride; sodium hydroxide In ethanol at 80℃; for 4 h; Inert atmosphere
实验步骤:通用程序:向醛(30/35mmol)的乙醇(50mL)悬浮液中加入NH 2 OH·HCl(2当量)和NaOH颗粒(1.8当量)。 将悬浮液在80℃下搅拌4小时并真空浓缩。 将粗产物在EtOAc(200mL)中萃取。 将有机层用1N HCl(2×200mL),水(4×200mL)洗涤,干燥(MgSO 4)并真空浓缩。 如果TLC显示杂质,则用最少量的冷Et 2 O洗涤固体,得到醛肟,为白色粉末。
