实验步骤:使N 2通过5-氟-2-甲基苄腈(28.51g,211mmol),NBS(41.31g,232mmol)和AIBN(2.5g,15mmol)在CCl 4(845mL)中的混合物10分钟,之后 将反应加热回流8小时。 在室温下静置过夜后,过滤反应混合物,滤饼用CCl 4(500mL)洗涤。 蒸发合并的滤液,得到黄色油状物。 使用5-25%乙酸乙酯/己烷作为洗脱液进行快速色谱(SiO 2),得到标题化合物(29.74g,66%收率),为浅黄色油状物。 1H NMR(500MHz,CDCl3)δ:7.55(1H,dd,J = 8.6,5.2Hz),7.37(1H,dd,J = 7.9,2.8Hz),7.32-7.28(1H,m),4.61(2H) ,s)。
