毒性:An irreversible inhibitor of cytochrome P450. It is first oxidized by the cytochrome to a reactive intermediate that binds covalently to the heme moiety of the cytochrome. The subsequent breakdown of the heme gives rise to characteristic pigments. This was an early example of a “suicide inhibitor.”
