合成条件:With tetrabutylammonium dichlorobromate; zinc dibromide In nitromethane at 20℃; for 44 h;
实验步骤:向容量为200毫升的茄子型烧瓶中加入量为7.5毫摩尔(0.795克)的间二甲苯,加入量为33.6毫摩尔(7.56克)的溴化锌和60毫升的硝基甲烷,和 将所得溶液在室温下搅拌,然后一点一点地加入15.8mmol(6.19g)二正丁基四正丁基铵,同时分成几次。 在室温下搅拌所得溶液44小时后,加入亚硫酸钠水溶液,用乙醚萃取。 通过减压除去有机层,结果得到黄色固体。 将己烷倒入黄色固体后,将所得混合物加热至约85℃的温度,过滤所得溶液。 通过减压除去滤液,结果得到0.945g白色固体,为目标物质dbb(产率:48%)。
