产率：92.9%
合成条件：at 0 - 5℃; for 6 h; Reflux
实验步骤：在500 mL三颈烧瓶中加入乳清酸（15.6 g，0.10 mol），然后加入300 mL无水甲醇，搅拌至0，保持温度0~5滴加入亚硫酰氯（10.9 mL，0.15 mol） 将温度升至回流6小时。轻微冷却，真空干燥溶剂，加入50mL无水甲醇，取出。加入150mL甲基叔丁基醚，在室温下搅拌1小时，过滤 用甲基叔丁基醚洗涤，得到15.8g化合物1，产率92.9％。
