合成条件:at 0 - 5℃; for 6 h; Reflux
实验步骤:在500 mL三颈烧瓶中加入乳清酸(15.6 g,0.10 mol),然后加入300 mL无水甲醇,搅拌至0,保持温度0~5滴加入亚硫酰氯(10.9 mL,0.15 mol) 将温度升至回流6小时。轻微冷却,真空干燥溶剂,加入50mL无水甲醇,取出。加入150mL甲基叔丁基醚,在室温下搅拌1小时,过滤 用甲基叔丁基醚洗涤,得到15.8g化合物1,产率92.9%。
