实验步骤:将上述产物(0.50g,2.47mmol)在6mL醇和3mL 20%硫化铵的H 2 O溶液中回流1小时。 加入水,过滤产物,干燥,在硅胶上进行快速色谱分离,用10%丙酮 - 石油醚洗脱,得到3-氯-5-硝基苯胺(0.36g,84%),为橙色粉末。
