合成条件:Stage #1: at 60 - 62℃; for 1 h; Stage #2: at -5 - -3℃; for 3 h; Stage #3: With sodium nitrite In water for 3 h;
实验步骤:在搅拌条件下,反应罐中质量浓度为46%氢溴酸盐756g,2-氨基-6-甲基吡啶108g,加热至60-62℃保温1h,然后冷却至-5 - -3°C,保持 温度范围为640g溴Br2,再保温3h; 在温度范围内滴加质量浓度为30%的亚硝酸钠水溶液920g,完成滴加,不受反应温度控制,搅拌反应3h; 反应结束时,反应液温度降至15°C后,用于质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH = 11,然后通过水蒸气蒸馏得到2-溴-6-甲基吡啶150g, 蒸气含量为99.4%,收率为93.1%;
