合成条件:With sodium hydroxide In ethanol; water at 0 - 20℃;
实验步骤:通用方法:在0-5℃下,向取代的苯甲醛(6a1-d1,6e,6f)和丙酮(10-25当量,过量)的乙醇溶液中加入20%(w / v)NaOH水溶液。 将反应混合物在环境温度下搅拌,并通过TLC监测反应进程。 当取代的苯甲醛被消耗时,在真空中除去过量的丙酮; 然后加入冷水,用3M HCl酸化所得溶液。 通过真空过滤收集作为固体出现的产物,用水洗涤并真空干燥。 通过柱色谱法纯化残余物或者从适当的溶剂系统中重结晶,得到取代的4-苯基丁-3-烯-2-酮7a1-d1,7e和7f。
