实验步骤:中间体5:1-(3-氯 - 丙基) - 吡咯烷; []吡咯烷(10g,0.14mol),丙酮(28ml),5M NaOH溶液(21ml)和1-溴-3-氯丙烷(24.4g,0.15mol)在N 2下一起搅拌8小时。 分离有机层并真空浓缩。 通过真空蒸馏(沸点90℃/ 30mbar)纯化粗产物,得到标题化合物(11.7g,57%),为无色油状物.1 H NMR(400MHz,CDCl 3)δ3.67(t,2H),2.49( t,2H),2.46-2.37(m,4H),1.88(p,2H),1.72-1.64(m,4H)。
