合成条件:With ammonium hydroxide; iodine; potassium iodide In water at 20℃; for 6 h;
实验步骤:向充分搅拌的KI(1.0mmol)和I 2(1.0mmol)的NH 4 OH(aq)溶液中加入30%(5.0ml)的对羟基苯甲醛(1.0mmol),使得到的混合物在室温下反应6小时。。 然后将溶液用HCl(水溶液)10%酸化,并用Et 2 O(2×10ml)萃取。 将合并的有机相用Na 2 SO 4干燥并蒸发至干。 从H 2 O中结晶后得到所需产物。 收率= 72%。 分析数据与已报道的相同化合物的数据相同.3分析。 C7H5IO2的计算值:C,33.90; H,2.03; O,12.90。 实测值:C,33.93; H,2.06,O,12.94。
