合成路线 1(1. 合成:58380-11-3)
- 步骤: 将2-溴-5-甲氧基苯甲酸5g(由Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.制造)和15g氯化铝在150mL氯苯中回流2.5小时;冷却后,将反应溶液转移到冰水中并萃取用250毫升二乙醚洗涤三次;减压浓缩所得萃取物,蒸馏除去乙醚,得到4.2g 2-溴-5-羟基苯甲酸。
- 条件: 回流2.5小时;冷却后冰水萃取;减压浓缩。
- 产率: 4.2 g
- 后续反应: 将3.9g所得2-溴-5-羟基苯甲酸和3.9g间苯二酚(Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.)溶于9mL的4M NaOH水溶液中,并加热30分钟;向该反应溶液中加入1.8mL 10%硫酸铜水溶液,再加热10分钟;过滤收集形成的沉淀,得到尿素A的白色粉末。
