- 步骤:向2-氟-N-甲基-4-硝基-苯甲酰胺(3g,15.1mmol)在乙酸乙酯和乙酸(12mL+12mL)的共溶剂中的溶液中加入铁粉(8g,143mmol),加热回流直至原料在LCMS中消失,冷却至25°C,滤出固体,滤液用乙酸乙酯(50mL)稀释,有机相用盐水(3×30mL)洗涤,干燥(MgSO₄)并真空浓缩至干,得到产物。
