- 步骤: 在室温下向4-氨基-3-硝基苯甲酸(50g,270mmol,1当量)在甲醇(600ml)中的悬浮液中逐滴加入氯化亚砜(20ML,270mmol,1当量)。将所得悬浮液回流16小时,然后冷却至室温。滤出悬浮液,得到4-氨基-3-硝基苯甲酸甲酯(D1)(53g,100%),为黄色固体,将其不经进一步纯化用于下一步骤。
