- 溶剂:DCM-MeCN-水(645mL:645mL:945mL)
- 步骤:在5℃下,将偏高碘酸钠分小批(30-45分钟内)加入到3-亚甲基环丁烷甲腈和三氯化钌一水合物的混合溶剂中;反应混合物在室温下剧烈搅拌;分离有机相,水相用DCM(3×1500mL)萃取;合并的有机萃取物通过快速硅胶小垫过滤,硅胶垫用2000mL DCM洗涤;滤液用MgSO₄干燥,过滤并减压浓缩,得到产物。
