- 用途
- 主要用于实验室有机合成中和化工医药研发过程中,在小鼠的传染性和自身免疫性疾病中显示出免疫学作用。作为α-Galactosylceramide(α-GalCer),是一种合成的糖脂,具有抗肿瘤和免疫刺激作用,是非常有效的NKT细胞激动剂,可与CD1d有效结合,其复合物可与NKT细胞的T细胞抗原受体结合。体外研究显示其激活的Vα24+NKT细胞培养上清液对黑色素瘤细胞有抗增殖活性,主要由IFN-γ释放引起;体内研究表明其可预防小鼠原发性肿瘤形成及B16黑色素瘤转移,且被认为是一种非特异性免疫刺激剂(生物反应调节剂)。
