- 增强乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)活性,EC50值分别为512.42μM和500.16μM;显著降低小鼠血浆酒精和乙醛浓度,增加乙醇暴露后小鼠肝脏组织中ADH和ALDH的表达;防止乙醇诱导的过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性降低及谷胱甘肽浓度减少;用于含量测定、鉴定、药理实验
