- 化学合成；香精香料，主要用以配制薄荷、水果和浆果类香精；我国GB 2760-86规定乙酸薄荷酯为允许使用的食用香料，软饮料5.5ppm、冷饮4.0ppm、糖果26ppm、焙烤食品24ppm、胶姆糖5.2ppm。
